Diabetes  contains a high sugar level in the whole body. Diabetes illness  cells do not respond  and not to use the produce blood insulin. So excess blood sugar level in the body will not convert into energy. Diabetes is a group of disease it shows a major  symptoms like urination and blurred vision.

How diabetes affects the body:

When we eat  something then food goes in our body and get digested. Glucose goes into the blood stream . Then body cells use this glucose for energy and growth of our body. Insulin try to get this glucose to use the cells of our body. Insulin is produced by the pancreas of our body to reduce blood sugar level in our body. The Body does not have enough insulin so results in an increase the blood sugar in our body. Then excess blood glucose will pass through urine. Lost of glucose it causes the cell to not get  energy and growth.

Types of diabetes:

Mostly three types of diabetes we observe. Diabetes I, diabetes II and gestational diabetes.

Diabetes I- in this condition body does not produce insulin.

Diabetes II- in this condition body cell fail to use insulin and it does not work properly.

Gestational diabetes- this type of diabetes will only develop in pregnant women during pregnancy. It recovers after the birth of a child.

Precautions of diabetes :

Precaution of diabetes to make life healthy and happy. Exercise plays an important role in daily life. Physical exercise is important to reduce weight. Eat  healthy  It gets help to keep low blood sugar. Aerobic exercise also important to control diabetes. Fitness play an important role to keep low  blood sugar level.

Take fiber rich food like vegetables, fruits, whole grain and nuts. Eat healthy to reduce risk of diabetes and better blood sugar control. Fiber rich food reduces the heart disease and maintain a weight . Whole grain is also important for healthy life try to eat whole grain foods which is better for our health.

Avoid liquors and smoking because Diabetes person who has a habit to smoke it create a various complications like kidney disease, heart attack and nerve damage etc. in this condition talk to your doctor and take an advice how to stop this type of habits.

Exercise : exercise reduces the rick of cardiovascular disease because your muscles are working it take more glucose into the cells and reduce the blood sugar level. Exercise helps to stay long from health disease, heart attack and other disease. It is also beneficial  to health. For mental health, weight loss and improved self confidence.
